APPOINTMENT POLICY

To provide non-conflicting and time-efficient appointments to make our clients happy, we ask for our clients to book directly with our front desk or put in an appointment request on our website and wait for confirmation.

LATE ARRIVALS/CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a grace period of 15 minutes prior to your appointment. After a cancellation you can call or book a new appointment. No call / no show appointments require $100 to reschedule. This deposit will go towards your service. All deposits are non-refundable.

SERVICE CONSULTATIONS

Please consult with your hairstylist about your hair conditions before the service starts. It is each client’s responsibility to be honest and upfront about their hair history. The better understanding our hairstylist has about your hair, the better the outcome we can provide for you.

SALON ETIQUETTE

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with disrespectful, improper conduct, rude/hostile, tardiness towards any of our team members at any time. We are committed to providing the utmost care, kindness, and hospitality to all our clients.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

We do our best to ensure that you are satisfied with your experiences here with us. If for any reasons, you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 48 hours of your original service being performed. We would be happy to provide you with complimentary correction or adjustment services with your original stylist at no charge. We do not offer refunds on any services.

DEPOSITS FOR CERTAIN SERVICES

Deposits only go toward the appointment or service that the deposit was made for. This will not include products or other services. If you cancel your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited except in the case of rescheduling. All deposits are non-refundable.

TAKING PICTURES AND SOCIAL MEDIA

Pictures and videos of our services taken in our salon are for social media and digital marketing purposes. If you would prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please let us know when you check-in at our front desk. No monetary value will be paid to you for the use of the pictures or videos. Security cameras cannot be turned off for the safety of our customers and employees.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Refunds will only be given for defective or damaged products. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Product(s) returned after 30 days, will be received as an e-gift card.

COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES AND AMENITIES

Services that are under $65 value (women haircut) and $45 value (men haircut) are NOT qualified to receive our complimentary Hair Wash, Scalp Massage, Hot Towel and Blow Dry.
